How to invite clients to your service

Why is it relevant?: Once service are created in Cohere, it's important for Coaches to know how to invite clients to join both free and paid service. Please note there are separate links to use and it's important to ensure you are sharing the correct link. 

Recommendation: Coaches are suggested to use the "Invite Client" tool to invite clients to join a service. Please note: If you click the URL and copy that directly from the session tab, this will not complete a booking on the client end. You must use the "Invite Client" buttons on the dashboard to invite clients to the correct landing page for checkout. 
 
This guide will walk you through the steps on how to share free and paid services on Cohere.

Step 1: From your Coach Dashboard, on the left side of the page, click on "Service." You can select a specific services type, such as "Group Course" or "1:1 Service", or simply click the "All" tab to view all your services.

Step 2: Next, click on the name of the service you'd like to share with your client. This will take you to a page displaying the details of the service.

Step 3: In the top-right corner of the page, you'll find the "Invite and Schedule" button and choose the option "Client Self-booking Links". Click on it, and a pop-up will appear with two options: "Copy Free Link" and "Copy Paid Link"

• • If you'd like to offer the service for free, click "Copy Free Link" The link will be copied, and you can share it with your clients.
    
    
  • If you want your clients to pay for the service, choose "Copy Paid Link" Again, the link will be copied for you to share. 

                     

Note: Always remember, if you want your service to be free, select "Copy Free Link" If you intend for your clients to pay, click on "Copy Paid Link"
