Why is this relevant?: Once you are done providing services for a certain 1:1 service, or you no longer need the service, you can delete or archive it to remove it from your coach dashboard.
Recommendation: It is recommended to archive a service once it is live and you no longer want to provide services for it. If the order is in draft mode, you can simply delete it to remove it from your coach dashboard.
This guide will walk you through the steps on how to delete/archive the service.
Method 1: The Coach has the ability to delete or archive 1:1 service through two different access points: via the "Edit service Screen -> left navigation bar" and by utilizing the "More Options" button provided alongside each service.

Method 2: Additional Way to Delete/Archive service from your main service Dashboard.
Step 1: Coaches can archive services provided there are no outstanding sessions and no unused package sessions with clients. If there are any outstanding sessions or unused package sessions, you will encounter the following message:
Step 2: Upon confirming the archiving process, a pop-up message will appear:
Step 3: By selecting "Yes I’m Sure. Archive my service", the service will be marked as archived and will subsequently appear in the "Archived" section.
Note: Please remember if you have any incomplete sessions in your service, the archive button will be greyed out therefore, always make sure all the sessions are completed.
Deleting the service
Step 1: As a coach on our platform, you can remove a service when there are no clients currently enrolled in it. However, please remember that if there are enrolled clients, you will receive the following notification on your screen.
Step 2: In the absence of enrolled clients, you can go ahead and delete your service. After that, a message will be displayed on your screen confirming the deletion.
Step 3: After you click 'OK' in the aforementioned pop-up, the selected service will be promptly deleted, and you will no longer have access to it.
Note: Please keep in mind that you can only delete a service in draft mode not once it is live. You can archive it only once it is live.
