Why is this relevant?: An application process allows you to screen and select participants who are the best fit for your coaching program. This ensures that you work with genuinely interested, committed individuals, and have the right expectations. It helps you maintain the quality of your services.
This guide will walk you through the steps on how to share the application forms. Once your service is live, you can create your application form directly from the dashboard, or a banner will appear on the about page (as pictured below). Once this is completed, follow the below steps to share!
Step 1: Click on the "All" section on the left-hand side of your page, then click "services." This will take you to a page displaying all the service you've created.
Step 2: Click on the name of the specific service you want to share. This action will redirect you to the service details page.
Step 3: On the service details page, locate and click the "Invite & Schedule " button. A pop-up window will appear.
Step 4: Once you click that button, two options will appear.
1- Client Self-booking Links
2- Schedule Client
Click on "Client Self-booking Links".
Step 5: Once it is clicked, a pop-up will appear, and a section called "Application Page Links" will be visible.

- Copy Free Link: Use this option if you want clients to join the service for free while still requiring them to fill out the application form.

Copy Paid Link: Opt for this if you're offering a paid service and want clients to pay and complete the application form.
Step 6: Once you've selected the appropriate option, a link to the service will be automatically copied. You can now share this link with your clients.
Step 7: When your clients attempt to enroll in the service via this link, they'll be prompted to complete the application form before gaining access.
Step 8: Once a client successfully completes the application, you will get an email and notification on your dashboard to view and approve the application.
Step 9: Once the application is approved, the client will receive an email to log in and complete their payment for the service if it is paid service. If you choose to reject the application, the person who applied will be notified via email.
And there you have it! You've successfully shared your service along with the application form.
Note: You can also access this "Application Page Links" directly from the "Forms" section on the left side of your coach dashboard.
1- Go to "All Forms"
2- Click on the "Applications" Section.
3- Click on the share icon next to each service name that you have created.
