Why is it relevant?: Once a client signs up for a service that has live sessions, they will be auto-booked for all of the sessions. When it is time for the live session, the coach must launch it from their dashboard. The coach will lead the session, communicate with the clients, and provide services.
Recommended: If you are using Cohere Video, you should use the "Test Video" option in your account settings before starting the session to ensure everything is working properly and to prevent any potential issues regarding video and audio settings on your web browser.
This guide will walk you through the steps to launch a session on a 1:1 service and a group service.
1- For 1:1 Services:
Step 1: On the left side of your Coach Dashboard, locate and click on "All." From the drop-down menu, select "service". You will be directed to a page displaying all the service you have created.
Step 2: Scroll through the list of service , locate the one you want to launch the session from, and then click on it and go to the "Sessions" tab.
Step 3: Once you go to the "Sessions" tab, locate and click on the specific session that you want to launch. Click the "Launch Session" button within the session details. The session will now launch via the video service provider you chose while creating the service.
Note: Please ensure that you grant access to your camera and microphone once the session is launched.
2- For Group Courses/Membership/Workshops:
The steps are similar for these services as well, but the services page will look like the screenshot attached below. You can click on the "Launch Session" button to launch the session.
