Why is it relevant?: Coaches can share files like PDFs, images, and documents with their clients during sessions to provide extra information.
Recommendation: It's a good idea to attach these files to the specific sessions they relate to so clients can easily find the right information for each session.
This guide will walk you through the steps to add files to a contribution.
1- Attaching Files to a Session
Step 1: On the left side of your Coach Dashboard, locate and click on "All." From the drop-down menu, select "Contributions". You will be directed to a page displaying all the contributions you have created.
Step 2: Scroll through the list of contributions, locate the one you want to add files to, and then click on it and go to the "Sessions" tab.
Step 3: In the "Sessions" tab, locate and click on the specific session to which you want to attach a file.
Step 4: Choose the file from your device that you want to add to the session and upload it. Your file will be uploaded, and your client can easily view and download it by clicking on that specific session.
2- Adding Files to the Resources Tab
Step 1: On the left side of your Coach Dashboard, locate and click on "All." From the drop-down menu, select "Contributions". You will be directed to a page displaying all the contributions you have created.
Step 2: Scroll through the list of contributions to find the one you wish to add files to. Click on it and go to the "Resources" tab.
Step 3: From the "Resources" tab, click on "Upload File". Choose the file from your device that you want to upload. Your file will be uploaded, and your client can easily view and download it by clicking on that specific session.
