How to remove clients from a Group Service/Membership/Workshop

Why is it relevant?: If the coach decides they no longer want a client to see what they've added to the group, they can take the client off the list. 

Note: Clients cannot be removed from the 1:1 service.

This guide will walk you through the steps to remove clients from a service. 

Step 1: On the left side of your Coach Dashboard, locate and click on "All." From the drop-down menu, select "Services". You will be directed to a page displaying all the services you have created.

Step 2: Scroll through the list of services, locate the one you want to remove the client from, and then click on it and go to the "Community" tab. 



Step 3: From there, click on the "Members" section to show the list of the clients enrolled on the services. 

Step 4: Click the delete icon next to the name of the client you want to remove from the services. 

Step 5: A pop-up window will appear, asking you to verify if you want to remove the client. Click on "OK" to confirm. The client will no longer be a part of the services.
