1. Choose Your Connection Method

Live Video: Opt for this option if you prefer conducting sessions through a video call. It's a great way to establish a face-to-face connection with your clients, even if they're miles away.

Phone Call: If you prefer the intimacy of voice-only communication, select this option. Perfect for coaching sessions where visual interaction is optional.

In-Person: For those who prefer it, you can choose in-person sessions. Ideal for local clients or situations where physical presence adds value.
2. Define Session Duration
Select the duration of your coaching sessions. Tailor the experience to fit your coaching style and client's needs by choosing the appropriate time from the drop-down menu.
3. Choose Your Video Provider
Pick the video service provider that aligns with your preferences:

Zoom: Utilize the popular Zoom platform for your coaching sessions.

Other Video Platform: If you have a preferred video platform that is not listed, select this option and add the link for easy access.
4. Customize Calendar Invitations
Make the scheduling process smoother by customizing the calendar invite body text. Personalize the message your clients receive along with the session link, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
5. Set Scheduling Details
Fine-tune your scheduling options:

Booking Horizon: Choose how far in the future clients can book sessions. Use the drop-down menu for quick selections, or set a custom range to fit your needs.

Specific Dates: Specify certain dates within which clients can schedule sessions, adding an extra layer of control to your calendar.
6. Adding available days and times:
The coach can add the days and the time slot they want the clients to be able to book for the sessions. If they want to add more days and times, they can use the "Add Additional Booking Times" feature.
7. Block Single Days:
The coach can block the specific dates from their calendar in case the coach is not available using this feature, and the clients will not be able to book any sessions on those dates.
8. Buffer Time
The coach can add a buffer time before and after the event to prepare for the next session by using this feature by checking on the boxes and selecting the time from the drop-down menu before and after the event.
