Why is this relevant?: The Cohere platform has introduced a Community feature to encourage sharing thoughts and ideas with your coach and other clients, making the experience more interactive.
This guide will walk you through the steps on how to access and use the community feature.
How to Access the Community Feature?
Step 1: Log in to your Cohere account and go to your Client dashboard.
Step 2: On the left side, you'll see the "Community" section.
Step 3: Click on it to find two options: "All Posts" and "All Communities."
1- Viewing all posts and sharing your thoughts:
Step 1: To see all posts in one place, click on "All Posts."
Step 2: To share something, click "What would you like to share" to open a pop-up.
Step 3: Choose the community you want to post in, share your thoughts, and click "Post."
Note: If you want to add a photo or video, use the "Photo/Video/Attachments" button.
2- Accessing individual communities and sharing your thoughts:
Step 1: To explore a specific community, click "All Communities."
Step 2: Select the community you're interested in to see posts, chat, and members.
Step 3: Click "What would you like to share" to post your thoughts, and then click send button. You can also attach a file or post a picture using the respective icons.
Additional Tips:
You can mention others in the community by using "@" before their name. Also, create hashtags by using "#" before your post to categorize discussions.
