Why is it relevant? Cohere has recently introduced a chat feature to facilitate seamless communication between clients and coaches, allowing them to share thoughts and engage in meaningful conversations. Whether it's a private 1:1 chat with a coach or a group discussion within the same contribution, the chat feature enhances the collaborative experience for all users.
How to Access the Chat Feature:
Step 1: Start by logging into your Cohere account. Once you're on your client dashboard, navigate to the Conversation section located on the left side of the page.
Step 2: Within the Conversation section, you'll find three options: "All," "1:1", and "Group."
1- All:
Step 1: Clicking on "All" directs you to a page where all your chats are conveniently displayed.
Step 2: Click on the name of the chat you wish to access, and it will take you to the respective conversation page.
Step 3: Type your message and hit send. Emojis and file attachments can be added using their respective icons.
2- 1:1:
Step 1: Clicking on "1:1" takes you to a page where you can view all your 1:1 chats.
Step 2: Click on the name of the individual you want to chat with, and you'll be directed to the chat page.
Step 3: Send your message, add emojis, or attach files using the designated icons.
3- Group:
Step 1: Clicking on "Group" leads you to a page displaying all your group chats.
Step 2: Select the group you want to engage with, and it will take you to the group chat page.
Step 3: Type your message, add emojis, or attach files as needed.
