Note: The Zoom integration is exclusively compatible with paid Zoom accounts. If you currently have a Free Zoom account, consider upgrading or utilizing Cohere Video Service.
This guide will walk you through the steps to connect/disconnect a Zoom account to Cohere.
How to connect your Zoom Account to Cohere?
Step 1: Navigate to your coach dashboard and locate the downwards arrow at the top right corner of the page. Click on "Settings" from the dropdown menu to access your account settings.
Step 2: Inside your account settings, find the "Video" tab. Click on it to proceed.
Step 3: At the top of the video page, click on "Connect" to initiate the Zoom integration.
Step 4: A pop-up window will appear. If you have a paid Zoom account, click "Understood, Connect Zoom" to proceed.
Step 5: You will be directed to a new page where you need to enter your Zoom account credentials. Provide the required information and click "Sign In."
Your Zoom account is now successfully integrated with Cohere. Congratulations on streamlining your coaching sessions!

How do you disconnect a Zoom account from Cohere?
To disconnect your Zoom account from Cohere, simply click on the "Disconnect" button on your video tab and the Zoom account will be disconnected.
