Difference between Group Contribution and Workshop.
Group contributions are designed to entertain a group of clients for a specific period, having multiple live session times and/or self-paced content. Workshops are recommended to use if it's a one-day teaching.
There are five steps to create a Group Course, Workshop or Community and make it live. This guide will walk you through the steps to create a group contribution, workshop, and community.
From your Coach Dashboard, once you click on the Create a Contribution button at the left side of the page, it will direct you to a page where you can create a contribution.
Step 1 (Basic Information):
1: Add a Contribution Title
Firstly, you would give your contribution a unique and descriptive name. This will be the "Contribution Title" representing the service or offering you provide to your clients.
2: Choose a Tagline (Optional) and Category.
Next, you'll need to categorize your contribution. Click on the category drop-down menu to see a list of categories to choose from. You can select a single or multiple categories that best fit your service and add a tagline if you want to.
3: Select Contribution Type
Now, let's specify the type of contribution you're offering. If you are offering a group service, Workshop or Community, click the "Group Course", "Workshop" or "Community" button. It will be highlighted in blue, indicating your chosen contribution type.
4: Choose a Landing Page Design
Enhance your client's experience by selecting an appealing landing page design. Click on "browse" to explore the available designs. Cohere currently offers three distinct landing page designs for you to choose from.
5: Attach a Banner Image
You can attach a banner image to make your landing page visually engaging. Click on "attach an image" and upload a captivating image you want to showcase as the banner on your landing page.
6: Save and Next
Once you add all these details, click on "Save and Next" to proceed to the next step at the bottom of the screen.
