Sharing Files and Resources with Clients and Coaches

Why is it relevant?: Sharing files and resources with clients and other coaches helps everyone work together better on Cohere. It makes it easy to share important stuff and communicate well.

This guide will walk you through the steps on how to share files and resources with clients and coaches

Method 1: Sharing from the Community Section

Step 1: First, go to the contribution from which you want to share the files.

Step 2: Look for the "Community" part and click on it. This is where you can find shared files and resources.

Step 3: In the Community section, there's a tab called "Resources" on the right side. Under that section, when you see the file you want to share, click the "Share" icon next to it. This will copy the link so you can send it to others.

Method 2: Sharing from Your Resources

Instead of going to the community, you can share directly from the resources section of your contribution.

Step 1:  You can go to your resources section, where all your files are.

Step 2: Find the file you want to share and click on the three dots (...) next to it.

Step 3: Click on "Share" from the menu that pops up. This will copy the link, which you can then share with others.
