Why is this relevant?: For group courses, communities, memberships, and workshop contributions, you can now create text-based content for your clients to consume and mark complete. Previously, Cohere only supported videos, audio, and uploaded documents, with basic text descriptions, as self-paced content - now you can also create rich text documents and even easily edit these right from the session tab. Further, "About this content" has been upgraded for all self-paced content types to support our advanced document viewer built directly into the Cohere web and mobile app.
This guide will walk you through the steps on how to create a text-based self-paced content.
Step 1: On step 3(Sessions) of creating a contribution, create a new self-paced module.
Step 2: Select your content type as "Text" and add the text in the box on the left side. You can modify the text according to your preferences by using the features at the top of the text box, such as changing the color of the text, making it bold, or changing the alignment of the text to center, left, or right, etc.
Step 3: Once you are done adding the text, click on "Save and Next" to proceed.
