Why is it relevant?: Cohere allows clients to message the coaches directly from their website if they have any concerns or want further information on the services before they enroll.
Step 1: From your Coach Dashboard, click on the downwards arrow located at the top right corner of the screen. Select "Account" from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: You'll be directed to the Profile section of your account. On the right side of the screen, locate the "Messaging Button" option.
Step 3: Click on Enable, and the messaging button will be enabled on the website. You can enable or disable messaging on your website so that new or existing clients can message you.
