🛠️ Service Types
1:1 Sessions are private, one-to-one experiences between a Creator and an individual client.
They can be offered as single sessions, session packages, or ongoing subscriptions, and may be free or paid.
Complete Client Experience
When set up as a Complete Client Experience, clients receive access to a private client portal where they can:
- Book and join sessions
- Access session notes and shared resources
- Message the Creator
- Receive calendar invites, video meeting links, reminders, and notifications
This option is ideal for paid clients and long-term one-to-one work.
Simple Experience Without a Client Account
Alternatively, 1:1 Sessions can be set up as a Simple Experience Without a Client Account.
This creates a lightweight booking page for:
- Discovery calls
- Sales calls
- Introductory or exploratory conversations
Clients can schedule sessions without creating an account and still receive calendar invites, video meeting links, and reminders.
Group Courses are designed to deliver a structured experience to multiple clients at the same time.
They may include:
- One or more live sessions
- Self-paced modules
- In-person events
- Or a combination of formats
Group Courses support integrated community features, shared resources, and learning delivered over time. They are ideal for cohort-based programs and guided transformations.
Clients receive session reminders, community notifications, calendar invites with video meeting links, and ongoing access to course materials.
Workshops are focused, time-bound experiences often used for lead generation or short-term engagement.
They typically include:
- One or more live sessions such as trainings or masterclasses
- Interactive or educational formats
Workshops make it easy for clients to register and join live sessions and may include access to a free community for continued engagement.
Clients receive session reminders, community notifications, calendar invites with video meeting links, and related resources.
Memberships allow Creators to offer recurring access through monthly or annual subscriptions.
They are ideal for delivering ongoing value through:
- Live sessions
- Self-paced content
- In-person events
- Or hybrid experiences
Memberships include built-in community and resource features that support long-term engagement and relationship-building.
Clients receive recurring access, session reminders, community notifications, calendar invites with video meeting links, and ongoing content updates.
Communities provide a shared space for connection, discussion, and ongoing support.
They may be offered as:
- A standalone paid or free experience
- Part of a Membership, Group Course, or Workshop
Communities focus on interaction, conversation, and belonging, and may include live sessions, posts, events, and shared resources.
Clients receive community notifications, session reminders when applicable, calendar invites with video meeting links, and access to shared discussions and content.
