An application process allows you to screen and select the right participants for your coaching program. This ensures you work with clients who are genuinely interested, committed, and aligned with your services—helping you maintain quality and set expectations upfront.

Steps to Share an Application Form
Step 1: From your dashboard, click All > Services. This will take you to a page listing all the services you’ve created.
Step 2: Click on the name of the service you want to share. You’ll be redirected to the service details page.
Step 3: On the service details page, click Invite & Schedule. A pop-up window will appear.
Step 4: Select Client Self-booking Links
Step 5: In the pop-up, look for the section called Application Page Links. Here, you’ll see two options:

Copy Free Link → For free services. Clients fill out the application form before enrolling.

Copy Paid Link → For paid services. Clients pay and complete the application form during enrollment.
Step 6: Once you click either option, the link will be copied automatically. Share this link directly with clients.
Step 7: When clients click the link, they’ll be prompted to complete the application form before joining.
Step 8: After a client submits an application, you’ll receive both an email and a dashboard notification to review it.
Step 9:

If you approve the application: the client receives an email to log in and, if applicable, complete payment.

If you reject the application: the applicant will be notified by email.
Alternative Way to Access Application Links
You can also share application forms directly from the Forms section:

Go to All Forms in your dashboard.

Select the Applications tab.

Click the Share icon next to the form you want to share.
